تُقدَّم منصة رتّل من قبل Beyond Labs (لاحقاً "رتّل" أو "نحن")، وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة البيانات (Controller) بالتعاون مع المدرسة المرخَّص لها باستخدام المنصة. تتيح رتّل للمعلمات إسناد واجبات تلاوة قرآنية للطالبات، ومراجعة تسجيلاتهن الصوتية، وتقديم الملاحظات.

مسؤول حماية البيانات: لم يتم بعد تعيين مسؤول حماية بيانات بشكل رسمي؛ يخضع هذا الأمر لمراجعة داخلية مستمرة حسب طبيعة البيانات المُعالجة.

عن المعلمة: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور (مُشفّرة ولا تُخزَّن كنص صريح)، المدرسة التابعة لها.

عن الطالبة: الاسم، رمز الدخول السري (مُشفّر)، الفصل/المعلمة التابعة لها، التسجيلات الصوتية لتلاوة القرآن الكريم، تاريخ التسليم، وملاحظات المعلمة على كل تسليم.

عن ولي الأمر: الاسم ورقم الجوال، وتُستخدم حصراً لإرسال رابط طلب الموافقة وتسجيل قرار ولي الأمر (موافقة أو رفض أو سحب).

نتعامل مع تسجيلات التلاوة الصوتية بوصفها بيانات ذات طبيعة حساسة، لكونها تكشف عن ممارسة دينية، وذلك تحسباً واحتياطاً، إلى حين صدور رأي قانوني متخصص نهائي بهذا الشأن. وبناءً عليه، نطبّق عليها أعلى مستويات الحماية المتاحة لدينا حالياً.

تلتحق الطالبة بالمنصة عبر تسجيل المدرسة لها. وبموجب اتفاقية الترخيص المُبرمة بين رتّل والمدرسة، تتحمّل المدرسة مسؤولية الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر اللازمة قانوناً قبل تفعيل حساب الطالبة، بما يشمل الموافقة على تسجيل الصوت ومعالجته.

بالإضافة إلى موافقة المدرسة التعاقدية أعلاه، تقوم رتّل ابتداءً من 2 سبتمبر 2026 بطلب موافقة مباشرة من ولي الأمر لكل طالبة جديدة: تُنشئ رابطاً فريداً، تُسلّمه المعلمة يدوياً لولي الأمر (واتساب أو رسالة نصية أو شخصياً)، ويوافق ولي الأمر أو يرفض صراحةً عبر هذا الرابط، ويُسجَّل قراره بختم زمني. هذه الموافقة مرتبطة حصراً بغرض واحد محدد: "مراجعة تسجيلات واجبات التلاوة من قِبل المعلمة فقط — لا ذكاء اصطناعي، لا مشاركة مع أي جهة أخرى". أي استخدام مستقبلي مختلف (مثل التصحيح الآلي) سيتطلب طلب موافقة منفصلة جديدة. يمكن لولي الأمر سحب موافقته في أي وقت عبر الرابط نفسه. الطالبات المسجَّلات سابقاً يُمنحن مهلة انتقالية قبل تفعيل هذا الشرط على تسليماتهن.

نستخدم تشفيراً قوياً لكلمات المرور والرموز السرية (scrypt)، وضوابط وصول تمنع أي مستخدم من الوصول إلا إلى بياناته الخاصة، واتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS) بين متصفحك وخوادمنا. نعمل باستمرار على تطوير هذه الحماية، بما في ذلك تشفير البيانات المخزَّنة على القرص.

لا نبيع بيانات الطالبات أو المعلمات لأي طرف، ولا نستخدم التسجيلات الصوتية لتدريب أي نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي تابعة لجهات خارجية دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة ومنفصلة من المدرسة. تتم استضافة البيانات لدى مزوّد خدمة استضافة (VPS) يعمل بصفته معالجاً للبيانات نيابة عنّا.

[موقع الخادم الفعلي — داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو خارجها — قيد التأكيد حالياً]. في حال تبيّن أن أي جزء من المعالجة يتم خارج المملكة، سنطبّق الضمانات التي يتطلبها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية قبل ذلك، لا بعده.

نحتفظ ببيانات الطالبة طوال فترة تسجيلها الفعلي في المنصة. عند إزالة الطالبة من قِبل المعلمة، يتم إيقاف الحساب فوراً، ثم إتلاف البيانات (التسجيلات الصوتية وسجلات التسليم وبيانات الحساب) إتلافاً نهائياً خلال مدة أقصاها 12 شهراً من تاريخ الإزالة، أو في وقت أقرب بناءً على طلب صريح من ولي الأمر أو المدرسة.

• الاطلاع على البيانات المحتفظ بها عنك أو عن ابنتك.
• تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
• طلب إتلاف البيانات نهائياً.
• سحب الموافقة على المعالجة في أي وقت (للطالبات الملتحقات بعد 2 سبتمبر 2026: عبر رابط الموافقة المُرسَل مباشرة).
• تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق (بالنسبة للطالبات، عبر ولي الأمر): تواصلوا مع المدرسة مباشرةً، أو معنا عبر جهة التواصل أعلاه. نلتزم بالرد خلال 30 يوماً، قابلة للتمديد 30 يوماً إضافية عند الحاجة مع إشعاركم بذلك.

يستخدم طفلكم منصة رتّل لتسجيل واجبات تلاوة قرآنية تُراجعها المعلمة فقط. لا تُعرض هذه التسجيلات لأي جهة أخرى، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض تجاري. لأي استفسار أو لطلب حذف بيانات طفلكم، يسعدنا تواصلكم معنا أو مع مدرسة طفلكم في أي وقت.

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقتٍ لآخر لتعكس تطوّر ممارساتنا أو المتطلبات النظامية. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة دائماً.

Rattil is provided by Beyond Labs ("Rattil," "we," "us"), the data controller, working together with the school licensed to use the platform. Rattil lets teachers assign Qur'an recitation homework, review students' audio submissions, and give feedback.

About the teacher: name, email, password (hashed, never stored as plain text), and school affiliation.

About the student: name, a secret login PIN (hashed), class/teacher affiliation, audio recordings of Qur'an recitation, submission timestamps, and the teacher's feedback on each submission.

About the parent/guardian: name and phone number, used solely to deliver the consent-request link and record the guardian's decision (grant, decline, or withdraw).

We treat recitation audio recordings as Sensitive Data, since they reveal a religious practice, as a precaution pending a final specialist legal opinion. Accordingly, we apply our highest current level of protection to this data.

A student joins Rattil through the school's own enrollment process. Under the license agreement between Rattil and the school, the school is responsible for obtaining the parent/guardian consent legally required before a student's account is activated, including consent to recording and processing their voice.

In addition to the school's contractual attestation above, starting 2 September 2026 Rattil separately requests direct guardian consent for every new student: it generates a unique link, the teacher manually relays it to the guardian (WhatsApp, SMS, or in person), and the guardian explicitly grants or declines via that link, timestamped on receipt. This consent is scoped to one specific purpose only: "homework recitation audio review by the teacher only — no AI, no third-party disclosure." Any different future use (e.g. automated scoring) will require its own separate consent request. The guardian may withdraw consent at any time via the same link. Students already enrolled before this date are given a transition period before this requirement is enforced on their submissions.

We use strong password/PIN hashing (scrypt), access controls that limit every account to its own data, and an encrypted connection (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers. We are continuing to strengthen these protections, including encryption of data at rest.

We do not sell student or teacher data to anyone, and we do not use recitation recordings to train any third-party AI model without the school's separate prior written consent. Data is hosted with a VPS provider acting as our data processor.

[Physical server location — inside or outside Saudi Arabia — currently being confirmed]. If any processing does occur outside the Kingdom, we will put PDPL's required transfer safeguards in place beforehand, not after.

We keep a student's data for as long as they're actively enrolled. When a teacher removes a student, the account is deactivated immediately, and the underlying data — recordings, submission records, and account data — is permanently destroyed within 12 months of removal at the latest, or sooner on a specific request from the guardian or school.

• Request permanent destruction of the data.
• Withdraw consent to processing at any time (for students who joined after 2 September 2026: via the consent link sent directly to you).
• Lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

To exercise any of these rights (for students, via a parent/guardian): contact the school directly, or reach us at the contact above. We respond within 30 days, extendable by another 30 days with notice if needed.

Your child uses Rattil to record Qur'an recitation homework that only their teacher reviews. These recordings are never shown to anyone else and are never used for any commercial purpose. For any question, or to request deletion of your child's data, please reach out to us or your child's school at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or legal obligations evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
